Ravi Pavade, Director of Port Operations and Port Optimization for Holland America Line, which also includes Seabourn and Princess, made a brief visit to Santander as part of a fam trip that started in Bordeaux. Pavade was accompanied by Maite Casas, the representative of their Spanish operator, OPS (Ocean Port & Shipping).
The prestigious California-based luxury cruise line was welcomed by Santander Cruise Deluxe, who organized a guided tour of the city of Santander upon their arrival yesterday afternoon. Additionally, a representative from the Port Authority escorted them to the Maritime Station to showcase the cruise docking facilities.
Although time constraints did not allow for any excursions around Cantabria, detailed information was provided about the available excursion options, along with an overview of the collaborative work between the three institutions to develop this cruise traffic.
