As announced last May, the port of Santander now boasts a new cruise terminal. The new Maliaño Pier is equipped to accommodate larger and more sustainable vessels.
The project, with an execution period of 18 months, required an investment of 28 million euros and received funding from the European Union.
This development enhances the urban integration of the port while simultaneously reclaiming a berth length of 390.20 meters, a width of 16 meters, and a depth of 8.00 meters.
